Description
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)-AK is seeking a commercial rental of a recreational camp for 23-26 October 2025 within 20 miles of Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Base (JBER) in Anchorage, Alaska. The camp will provide educational, recreational, and leadership-building experiences for youth ages 12-18. The contractor will be required to provide overnight fall camp facilities with 3 meals a day, 2 snacks per day, and activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration and include representations and certifications.
• The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including technical narrative, CLIN pricing, and a proposal valid for 60 days.
• The contractor must have active SAM and WAWF accounts and complete SF1449 and past performance references.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor standards, equal opportunity, and environmental protection.
