Sale of Government Property – Recyclable Materials (OCC, Plastic, Office Paper)

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking bids for the sale of government property, specifically recyclable materials consisting of Old Corrugated Cardboard (OCC), Plastic, and Office Paper. The contract will cover 159 commissary locations across the Continental United States (CONUS) and Alaska. Bidders have the option to bid on a single national sales agreement or one or more of five regional area agreements. The contract period of performance is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031.
