Description
• Perform monthly preventive‑maintenance, semi‑annual fire‑service tests, and an annual comprehensive inspection of the hydraulic elevator.
• Respond to non‑routine repair calls within 2 hours (1 hour for passenger entrapment) and provide a five‑year full‑load test (next due Dec 2028).
• Provide all labor, tools, parts, permits, travel, and incidentals; parts are reimbursed at actual cost with a 10 % allowance.
• Maintain required licenses (C‑11, CQCC), DIR registration, insurance, and a 100 % payment bond; comply with prevailing‑wage, Darfur Act, and other state mandates.
