Description
The City of Lee's Summit is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering and surveying services for the Cedar Creek Interceptor Phase IV improvements. The project will be broken into three phases: a sanitary sewer study, project design and bidding, and construction services. The selected firm will be expected to sign the City's standard contract.
• The firm must have experience in similar projects and provide a statement of qualifications that addresses key personnel, project approach, and critical issues.
• The firm must comply with Section 285.530, RSMo, and provide documentation affirming enrollment in a federal work authorization program.
• The firm must provide a written report discussing current conditions, growth opportunities, recommended improvements, and cost estimates.
• The firm must lead the permitting process and provide bidding documents using the City's standard specifications.
The City will provide GIS information, existing condition analysis, and access to planning and development personnel.
