Description
The Spokane International Airport is establishing a three‑year roster of consulting firms to provide a broad menu of commercial‑real‑estate services on an as‑needed, task‑order basis. Firms may be evaluated on any combination of appraisal, lease negotiation, property management, marketing, purchase‑sale agreements, tenant engagement, and strategic planning for both aeronautical and non‑aeronautical assets, primarily located outside the airport fence. No fixed budget is disclosed; compensation will be negotiated per task order, and the award does not guarantee work beyond inclusion on the roster.
• Services include property appraisal (aeronautical & non‑aeronautical), lease negotiations/exhibits, commercial property management, marketing, purchase‑sale drafting, and tenant recruitment.
• Work is performed on an as‑needed basis for two existing business‑park buildings (≈ 53,133 sf) and any future non‑fence assets the Airport may identify.
• Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (≤ 15 pages) by June 26 2026, attend an optional informational meeting on May 20 2026, and meet insurance, indemnification, debarment, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
