2025-004 Methane Gas Detection Instruments and FLIR Camera Training

The California State Department of Conservation requires Methane Gas Detection Instruments and FLIR Camera Training. The contractor will provide technical training for methane gas detection instruments and FLIR Camera certification, including application of EPA Method 21 for inspection of oilfield processing equipment, tanks, pipelines, and wellheads. The training will be delivered in an in-person setting, with the possibility of virtual training. The contractor must have experience in providing technical or safety training to field engineers, inspectors, or environmental professionals. • The training will cover the use of methane gas detection instruments, including RKI Eagle 2, Heath RMLD CS (GAZOSCAN), and Heath DP-IR. • The training will also cover FLIR Camera certification, including the use of FLIR Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) Camera. • The contractor must provide experienced instructors and supply all necessary equipment and materials. • The contractor must also provide certificates of completion for each attendee.
