East Thetford Water Company - Well #2 Connection

The East Thetford Water Company is seeking bids for the construction of a small well pump house expansion to provide for a 15 gallon per minute Iron and Manganese Treatment System, and all associated appurtenances. The project involves the construction of a small well pump house expansion. The bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. • The project is funded in part through the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). • The project requires compliance with various provisions, including equal opportunity employment, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) requirements, and performance and payment bonds. • The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, but has been granted a waiver. • A pre-bid conference will be held on March 11, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the project site.
