Bottled water in the country of Panama

The US Government is seeking a contractor to provide bottled water in support of its missions in the Republic of Panama. The contractor will be required to deliver the bottled water in accordance with the delivery requirements specified in Attachment 3. The government will evaluate offers based on price, technical factor, past performance, and local presence. The contractor must have a local office in Central America or the United States and must provide bottled water that meets the government's requirements. • The contractor must provide Aquaviva brand bottled water, which is the only brand currently approved and accepted by Army South. • The contractor must have a local office in Central America or the United States. • The contractor must provide a minimum of one and no more than three past experiences relating to commercial bottled water in the Central America region. • The contractor must pass inspections by Preventive Medicine/Vet Food Services from Army South or its representative.
