The Army Recruiting and Retention Battalion (Alaska) requires a single‑source vendor to produce a suite of printed promotional materials (flyers, trifold brochure, and two handbooks) totaling 1,300 pieces, plus a digital PDF deliverable. All items must be flood‑coated, delivered to Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson, and conform to GPO quality Level III standards. The contractor must submit press‑quality PDF proofs, obtain “OK to print” approval, and ship shrink‑wrapped, labeled packages by the final delivery date.
• Six distinct print items: two 8½×11 flyers (300 each), one 100‑piece 8½×11 flyer, a 150‑piece trifold, and two 150‑piece handbooks (saddle‑stitched).
