This solicitation seeks the purchase of two Applied Biosystems 3500 Genetic Analyzer HID systems (or equivalent) together with installation kits, trade‑in credits for legacy equipment, and two one‑year post‑warranty maintenance agreements. All hardware must be new, latest‑model, and shipped FOB Destination to DOJ sites in Goleta and Riverside, with delivery required by 22 June 2026. The award will be based on the lowest total cost; cash discounts are not considered for award.
