Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking quotes for the purchase of 4 MIC Panda iRes Warmers with USA MIC Installation and Training. The warmers will be shipped to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. The quote must include all aspects of the RFQ, including equipment, services, and options. The government will evaluate the quotes based on price, technical acceptance of the product, delivery, and past performance.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote represents the best benefit to the government at a reasonable price.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
• The vendor must provide a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer to verify their authorization to sell the products.
• The government reserves the right to cancel or modify the contract at any time.
