Description
• Supply diesel (dyed, tax‑exempt) and unleaded gasoline with a fixed per‑gallon markup for the entire contract term.
• Deliver fuel to 13 above‑ground tank sites on a 24‑hour request basis; provide automatic deliveries to storage sites and on‑call deliveries to generator units.
• Install and maintain tank‑level sensors, obtain SIDA airport security badges, and meet all FAA/TSA vehicle‑lighting and spill‑control requirements.
• Maintain required insurance coverages (general liability, auto, environmental, etc.) and submit certificates prior to contract execution.
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 30 Oct 2025; the contract is expected to start around 1 Dec 2025.
