Columbus County Schools is seeking bids for the procurement of 1,077 Chromebooks. The Chromebooks should have the following specifications: Octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB eMMC hard drive, 11.6" HD display, and 802.11ax Wi-Fi. The bid should include the price for each device, as well as any additional costs for delivery and installation. The school district is looking for a reliable and cost-effective solution to enhance the digital learning experience for students and educators.
• The bid should include the price for the Lenovo Chromebook 100e Gen 4 (Non-Touch) and the Lenovo Chromebook 300e Gen 4 (Touch).
• The bid should include the price for the Google Management License and the Whiteglove Google Enrollment/Asset Tagging.
• The bid should include any additional costs for delivery and installation.
• The school district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept any item in the bid.
