Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to select the best-qualified proposer to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the Hacks Cross Road Improvement Project. The project involves widening Hacks Cross Road from two lanes to seven lanes, and the successful proposer will be responsible for providing CE&I services, including program management, coordination with federal and state agencies, review of submittals, inspection of construction work, and maintenance of daily logbooks. The proposer must have at least five years of experience providing similar services and must meet all minimum requirements outlined in the RFQ.

* The project is being funded through the federal Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Program.
* The successful proposer will be expected to enter into a contract with Shelby County Government.
* The contract term will be for three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
