Chico State - Elevator Maintenance

California State University, Chico is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver full‑service elevator maintenance, repair, and inspection across its entire campus. The contract requires the provider to supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision needed to keep elevators safe, reliable, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, local, and industry regulations. Work will be coordinated with University Facilities Management and Services and University Housing, and must include preventive maintenance, timely repairs, emergency response, and consistent professional service delivery. • Provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and inspection for all campus elevators. • Supply all required labor, parts, tools, equipment, and supervision. • Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations, and respond to emergencies promptly. • Coordinate with Facilities Management and University Housing throughout the contract term.
