The County of James City is issuing an RFI to collect information on commercial‑off‑the‑shelf or custom real‑estate valuation (CAMA) applications that can support over 40,000 parcels, meet USPAP standards, and provide cost, income, and market approaches. Desired capabilities include integration with GIS, tax and permit systems, robust reporting, appeals tracking, document management, AI‑driven analytics, and strong security (FIPS‑140‑2, role‑based access). Vendors are asked to describe functionality, implementation requirements, support models, and estimated costs. The RFI is purely informational; no contract will be awarded based on this response.
