The City of El Paso De Robles is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Feasibility Study for the construction of an undercrossing for Airport Road beneath State Route 46 East. The study aims to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of the project, identify potential cost savings and constructability advantages, and provide a clear basis for decision-making. The scope of work includes:
• Evaluating the feasibility of constructing an undercrossing at SR 46E/Airport Road
• Identifying potential cost savings, constructability advantages, or fatal flaws
• Providing a clear basis for decision-making and future grant applications
The successful bidder will be required to provide a comprehensive report outlining their findings and recommendations.
