6505--Frozen Intravenous (IV) Antibiotics

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing Frozen Intravenous (IV) Antibiotics to VA Loma Linda Healthcare System Pharmacy Service. The contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base period of one year and four option years. The pharmaceuticals required include Cefazolin, Cefepime, Oxacillin, and Ceftriaxone. * The quantities required are estimated and not a contractual statement of precise quantities that the Government will order. * Medication must be FDA-approved and conform to VA National Formulary standards. * Delivery must occur within 1-3 business days of order placement. * The vendor must comply with VA procurement policy, including Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) standards. * Products must include a certificate of analysis or equivalency upon request.
