Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Solarwinds software renewal. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The contractor must also provide estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The contractor must provide pricing valid for at least 90 days after the due date.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for the award.
• The contractor must include a detailed description of required services and deliverables for installation and training services.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of warranty/maintenance requirements and deliverables.
