Regional Water Quality Control Plant Air Emissions Testing

The City of Palo Alto is seeking a consultant to conduct routine emissions testing for non-methane hydrocarbon (NMHC), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and other parameters as outlined in the proposal. The consultant will prepare reports to be submitted to regulatory agencies and maintain all necessary qualifications and certifications required by the Bay Area Air District (BAAD) for emissions testing. The scope of work includes planning, test preparation, and mobilization, ongoing NMHC testing, initial and ongoing emissions testing for emergency diesel generator, and ongoing H2S testing. The consultant will also provide a draft test report to the City for review and approval. • The City will provide access to sampling sites and a suitable area for the mobile laboratory. • The consultant will conduct emissions testing to prove compliance with the conditions outlined in the proposal. • The consultant will prepare reports to be submitted to regulatory agencies. • The consultant will maintain all necessary qualifications and certifications required by BAAD for emissions testing.
