Description
Austin Peay State University is soliciting qualified contractors to provide on‑call painting services—including interior and exterior painting, minor repairs, and emergency response—on a call‑out basis for a one‑year term with possible extensions. The contractor must supply labor (skilled journeymen and assistants), materials (with a cost‑plus markup), and any travel charges, all under written work orders. The contract is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and requires compliance with insurance, tax‑registration, and various state‑mandated certifications.
• Scope: Interior/exterior painting, routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and small‑scale projects.
