The Town of Salem NH is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and support of one Mini Tactical Robot System for tactical operations, surveillance, reconnaissance, hazardous environment response, and related public safety applications. The proposed robotic system should be rugged, portable, and capable of operating in a variety of environments. Vendors are invited to submit detailed proposals including technical specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, warranty information, maintenance/support options, and any applicable training programs. The bid will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder based on the best cost, qualifications, and experience of the bidder. • The system will be utilized for tactical operations, surveillance, reconnaissance, hazardous environment response, and other related public safety applications. • The proposed robotic system should be rugged, portable, and capable of operating in a variety of environments. • Vendors are invited to submit detailed proposals including technical specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, warranty information, maintenance/support options, and any applicable training programs. • The bid will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder based on the best cost, qualifications, and experience of the bidder. • The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the Town.
