Description
The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior painting and staining services for the Medical Office Building in Frisco, CO. The work includes power‑washing, surface preparation, application of two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes stain on all wood fascia, trim, beams, soffits, and related components, as well as painting metal doors, post‑and‑beam gussets, and fire‑sprinkler pipe. The contractor must manage traffic control, fall protection, and coordinate a schedule with the County.
