Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking qualified and experienced firms to provide window cleaning services. The scope of work includes cleaning windows at the Georgia World Congress Center. The authority retains the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, or cancel this procurement at any time. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on November 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
• The contract will be awarded to the firm that best meets the requirements and specifications outlined in the RFP.
• The firm must have experience in providing window cleaning services.
• The firm must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The firm must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The firm must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and pricing.
