38th Avenue (Tibet to E470) Phase II

The Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District (AACMD) is seeking proposals for the design and construction of certain public improvements benefiting The Aurora Highlands, a master-planned community located near Denver International Airport. The project includes earthwork, utility, drainage, bicycle/pedestrian, and roadway improvements for approximately 600 LF of 38th Avenue between Tibet Street and E-470. Proposers must demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide a proposed construction schedule, wages or salaries of construction workers, and other required information. • The project involves designing and constructing public improvements for The Aurora Highlands community. • The scope of work includes earthwork, utility, drainage, bicycle/pedestrian, and roadway improvements. • Proposers must submit a proposal statement, including company information, resumes of key personnel, and a statement of qualifications and experience. • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with one or more proposers. • The project is expected to be completed within a certain timeframe, although the exact duration is not specified.
