Description
The State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking bids for the renewal of VMWare Horizon software support. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The successful vendor will be required to provide VMWare Horizon software and support, including universal licenses and concurrent user licenses. The vendor must also comply with the State's security standards and policies, including the use of E-Verify and the restriction on the use of workers outside the United States.
• The contract will be awarded based on best value analysis, with consideration given to factors such as price, quality, and delivery.
• The vendor must submit a signed, original electronic offer through the Ariba Sourcing Module.
• The vendor must provide a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report (VRAR) at offer submission.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all offers, and to waive any informality in offers.
