RFP # 6 OF 2026 - THE COURTHOUSE CAFE FOR THE ERIE COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The County of Erie is seeking a vendor to operate a café at the Erie County Courthouse. The café will serve approximately 600 employees and 500 visitors per day. The vendor will be responsible for providing food and beverages, as well as maintaining the café area. The vendor must comply with health department standards and safety regulations, and must have a license and be in good standing with the Erie County Department of Health. The County will provide major appliances, and the vendor will supply serving equipment and small appliances. The vendor must be able to start thirty days after award and must obtain liability insurance of $1,000,000.00. • The café will be open Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays, from 8am to 2pm. • The vendor must provide a monthly rent payment to be determined by the vendor. • The vendor must provide financial records and references. • The vendor will be scored based on rent, menu pricing, food quality, and references/experience. • The vendor must provide pricing for a list of proposed menu items.
