The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small‑business‑qualified contractor to provide full design‑build services for the renovation of Secure Facility B1049 at Kirtland AFB. The work includes demolition of an existing storage system, construction of a new 25 ft × 25 ft enclosed storage space with a mezzanine accessed by a metal staircase, installation of four opaque skylights, and relocation/modification of utilities. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses, and complete the project in accordance with the detailed Statement of Work and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % small‑business set‑aside with a performance period of approximately 427 calendar days from notice to proceed.
