CMAR Services Proposal – City Hall Conversion / First Palmetto Bank – RFQ/RFP

The City of Camden, South Carolina is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk firm to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services for two priority municipal facility projects. The projects include the renovation of a former bank building to a new City Hall and the renovation of the existing City Hall for police and fire departments. The selected firm will be responsible for providing pre-construction and construction services, including but not limited to, design assistance, budgeting, scheduling, and construction management. • The project requires a qualified Construction Manager at Risk firm with experience in municipal facility projects. • The firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre-construction and construction services. • The project includes the renovation of two buildings, a former bank building and the existing City Hall. • The selected firm will work closely with the City of Camden to ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.
