Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at the Ball Mountain Lake Project and the Winhall Brook Camping Area in Vermont. The services include spring clean up, mulching, fine mowing and trimming, aeration, and picnic table relocation. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services. The contract has a base year and two optional years, with a total potential duration of 36 months. The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis, with the payment amount based on the quantity of services performed.
