Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to PAR Excellence Systems, Inc for a storage louver and bins system at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham, NC. The system is utilized to increase inventory management efficiency by weighing items and automatically letting Logistics staff know when items need to be reordered.
• The system is provided exclusively by PAR Excellence Systems, Inc for the Durham VAMC.
• The period of performance will be base of service.
• Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source.
• Responses received by 10:00 am EST on Feb 6th, 2026, will be considered by the Government.
