Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement - Posluma

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to place a firm-fixed priced delivery order with PETNET Solutions for the procurement of Posluma (flotufolastat (F18)). The proposed sole source procurement will be made by an open market pricing agreement with PETNET Solutions. PETNET Solutions provided a sole source letter stating that Blue Earth Diagnostics Ltd. has designated PETNET Solutions as their exclusive distributor in the United States, except in the State of Utah. • The procurement is for Posluma (flotufolastat (F18)) • The proposed sole source procurement will be made by an open market pricing agreement with PETNET Solutions • PETNET Solutions is the exclusive distributor of Posluma in the United States, except in the State of Utah • The agency is allowing 7 days for other responsible sources to submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation
