Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for an open-end contract to provide galvanized U-channel posts to the West Virginia Department of Highways (WVDOH). The successful vendor will be required to supply posts of various lengths and weights, meeting specific quality control standards. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost for the contract items. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the posts to various locations in West Virginia and for providing replacement posts for any that are deemed unacceptable.
• The posts must meet the requirements of Section 657 of the Standard Specifications.
• The posts must be supplied by a manufacturer listed on the Materials Division "U-channel Post" Approved Products List (APL).
• The vendor must provide a bid for all items listed.
• The vendor must accept orders through various means, including wvOASIS, regular mail, facsimile, and email.
• The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the Agency.
