Description
The opportunity is for villa cleaning services at Dreher Island. The selected contractor will be responsible for deep cleaning the villas, including tasks such as cleaning countertops, microwaves, cabinets, appliances, and sinks, as well as dusting and polishing furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning windows and window treatments. The contractor will also be required to test smoke alarm batteries, replace air filters, and clean AC vents and registers.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contractor must be able to work independently and efficiently to complete the cleaning tasks.
• The contractor must be able to provide high-quality cleaning services and attention to detail.
• The contractor must be able to follow the provided cleaning checklist and complete all tasks to the satisfaction of the agency.
• The contractor must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with the agency and other stakeholders.
