The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified small‑business (SDVOSB/HUBZone) to provide preventive and corrective maintenance for approximately 95 government‑owned ice‑machine units across the VA North Texas Health Care System. The contractor will develop a preventive‑maintenance schedule, respond to service calls with tiered response times, perform repairs, manage parts spend under a Not‑To‑Exceed (NTE) limit, and submit detailed service reports and quarterly performance summaries. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options.
