Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH is seeking to replace various centrifugal pumps linked to existing boilers. The pumps are to be delivered to FCI Elkton. The contract type is firm-fixed price, and the Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business Concerns, FOB Destination.
• The pumps must be VFD compatible.
• The solicitation includes a list of specific pump models and their corresponding RPM requirements.
• The contract will be awarded based on past performance and price, with price being rated higher than past performance.
