Description
The Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC (HMIS) is seeking expressions of interest for a warehouse consolidation facility lease agreement. The facility should be located in North Richland, Washington, and should have a minimum of 250,000 square feet of contiguous warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of office space. The lease term will be for 10 years with two optional renewal terms of 5 years each. The facility should be easily accessible to multiple highways and have a parking lot that can accommodate deliveries by semi-trucks.
• The required space should include at a minimum:
• Approximately 250,000 square feet of contiguous warehouse space on a single floor
• Approximately 10,000 square feet of office space
• Lot size of at least 10+ acres
• Potential for future expansion is strongly preferred
• The facility may be new construction or a modified existing space suitable for the intended purposes
• A fully serviced lease (including janitorial service, taxes and utilities)
• Offered space must be easily accessible to multiple highways which provide multiple routes of travel
• The parking lot must be able to accommodate deliveries by semi-trucks with trailers
