Description
Garden Grove Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish, install, and commission a complete Category 2 (C2) network infrastructure for all K‑12 campuses and data‑center facilities under the 2026 E‑Rate funding cycle. The solicitation covers core and edge switches, UPS units, wireless access points, data‑center networking gear, and firewalls, along with related licensing, professional services, and a mandatory 100 % performance and payment bond. Bidders may respond to any single attachment or a combination, but must provide a fully priced‑out solution for each item they bid on. The contract will run from April 1 2026 through September 30 2027, with optional one‑year extensions.
• Provide 77 core switches, up to 1,048 edge switches, 821 UPS units, 2,787 Aruba‑type Wi‑Fi 6E APs, data‑center switches and FortiGate firewalls, plus all required licenses and 5‑year premium support for firewalls.
• Deliver, install, configure, and commission the equipment across 68 district sites, ensuring 100 Gb uplinks, dual hot‑swap power supplies, PoE + / bt continuity, OSPF/BGP/RIP routing, multicast, and ClearPass integration.
• Submit a sealed, irrevocable proposal (including a flat‑rate professional‑services charge) by Feb 6 2026, include E‑Rate eligibility markings, and furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds after award.
