Description
The Frostburg Outdoor Recreation Economy Institute (FOREI) at Frostburg State University seeks a qualified consulting firm to assess its organizational structure, business processes, technology systems, and strategic direction, and to develop an integrated roadmap for future growth. The consultant will engage staff and stakeholders, evaluate current workflows, identify operational improvements, assess current and future technology needs (including CRM, GIS, project‑management, and data‑governance tools), and deliver prioritized implementation strategies with cost estimates, timelines, staffing considerations, and measurable outcomes. The effort is intended to improve efficiency, data‑driven decision‑making, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery, positioning FOREI for sustained expansion across the Appalachian region.
