The USPFO for California – Purchasing and Contracting is investigating the market capability to provide janitorial cleaning and laundry services for Camp Roberts, CA. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform laundry and cleaning services. The services will include laundry processing, cleaning of rooms, and delivery of clean laundry items. The contractor will be required to respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • The contractor will be required to provide laundry and cleaning services on an on-call basis. • The contractor will be required to provide courteous and responsive customer service. • The contractor will be required to respond to customer inquiries and concerns within two hours of receipt. • The contractor will be required to provide a quality control plan to ensure that services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide a quality assurance surveillance plan to ensure that services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements.
