Description
Piedmont Technical College is seeking a sole‑source consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit of its Foundation’s advancement strategies, develop a growth plan, evaluate fundraising software, and provide training and ongoing advisory services. The work leverages the vendor’s long‑standing, proprietary knowledge of the college’s foundation operations and is intended to be delivered promptly without a learning curve.
• Conduct a full audit of the PTC Foundation’s advancement practices and current fundraising software (e.g., Blackbaud Raiser's Edge).
• Develop a strategic Foundation Growth Plan, including donor, alumni, and community partnership recommendations.
• Deliver training sessions for staff, board members, and stakeholders on best practices in fundraising, alumni engagement, and board development.
• Provide continuous consulting support and rapid response to foundation needs throughout the contract period.
