Storm Sewer Structures

The Boone County Public Works Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors and contractors to provide services associated with Storm Sewer Structures during the time period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, and the bidder must provide prices for all items listed in the bid package. The bidder must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and provide a drug-free workplace. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of the County. • The bidder must provide descriptive literature showing specifications of items offered. • The bidder must submit a completed W-9 form and other required documentation. • The bidder must comply with all safety regulations and provide a safe working environment. • The bidder must provide a pricing proposal for all items listed in the bid package. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
