Maintain Exterior Finishes

The project titled "Exterior Improvements Seed Project" involves maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings and structures around Malmstrom Air Force Base. The work may include window replacement/installation, exterior painting, masonry repair, soffit and fascia repair, parapet wall repair, siding repair, exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) repair, overhead door replacement, exterior man doors replacement, and other work associated with maintenance and repair on the exterior of buildings and structures. Some specific tasks that may be included are: • CMU control joints • Window frames and panes • Broken CMU blocks The project requires a contractor to perform various exterior maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the buildings and structures are in good condition.
