This solicitation seeks a qualified elevator contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for fifteen (15) elevators located across six State‑owned facilities in Sacramento, California. The contract spans five years and requires a C‑11 Elevator Contractor license, prevailing‑wage compliance, and a minimum 3 % DVBE participation.
