Illumina MiSeq i100 Equipment and Maintenance Sole Source

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking to award a sole source contract to Illumina, Inc. for the purchase of two Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus Sequencing Systems and 12-month Silver Support Plans. The systems will be installed at the Springfield and Carbondale laboratories. The contract includes the purchase of the equipment and maintenance services. • The MiSeq i100 Plus System is a benchtop next-generation sequencer that integrates sequencing, primary analysis, and secondary analysis. • The MiSeq i100 Plus Silver Support Plan includes full coverage for parts, labor, and travel, as well as reagent replacement upon hardware failures, remote technical support, and control software and hardware updates. • The contract term for the MiSeq i100 Plus Silver Support Plan is 12 months. • The purchase order must reference the Quotation and match the purchase amount stated. • Illumina's terms and conditions apply to the products and services described in the Quotation.
