Description
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is seeking to award a sole-source contract to ISIMS LLC for a SIM Tool software update. The update will incorporate the latest GOMOS2020 metocean data and provide licensing, technical support, and updates for the proprietary software. The contract is expected to have a period of performance of six months.
• The contract is for a firm fixed price Purchase Order.
• The software update is for the existing software purchased in 2017 and 2019.
• The update will incorporate the updated GOMOS2020 metocean data purchased in 2025.
• ISIMS LLC is the only manufacturer that can provide licensing, technical support, and updates for the proprietary software.
