Demo & Disconnect - Zvonik - 1509 43rd Street

The City of Moline is soliciting electronic bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and utility disconnection of residential structures under the Strong Communities Program 2 (SCP2). This project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve public health and safety, eliminate blight, and support neighborhood revitalization. The project includes the demolition of a two-story house with aluminum siding and shingle roof, removal of a tree, and disconnection of utilities. The contractor will be required to follow EPA 40 CFR 763 sub–Asbestos Removal Plan and take necessary precautions to minimize the release of asbestos-containing materials. • The project is located at 1509 43rd Street, Moline, IL 61265. • The contractor will be responsible for applying for and obtaining necessary permits and paying fees. • The contractor will be required to submit their bid electronically via Ionwave. • The bid submission deadline is 12/29/2025 02:30 PM (CT).
