Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide mowing, trimming, and litter pickup services for various park and ride locations in Carroll County. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including grass cutting, weed eating, edging, and cleanup of debris. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option to renew. The contractor must have at least two years of experience in lawn maintenance care and provide references for similar work.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, chemicals, and supplies to perform the services.
• The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the MDOT SHA Contract Manager to schedule service visits.
• The contractor will be required to provide a work completion certificate within 24 hours of completing each cutting cycle.
• The contractor will be responsible for removing all debris from the site and leaving the premises in a presentable condition.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their activities and obligations under the contract.
