Quote Request for Supplemental Electrical Services

The Westside Commons, formerly known as the Washington County Fair Complex, is seeking quotes for supplemental electrical services on an as-needed basis, including emergency electrical needs. The initial contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to renew for an additional one to two years, not to exceed five years in total. The contractor will be required to perform the work in a professional manner, comply with all federal, state, and local laws, and obtain necessary permits. The contractor will also be responsible for correcting any defective work at their own expense. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. • The contractor will be required to maintain all fiscal records relating to the contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. • The contractor will be required to comply with the County's policies, including the Equal Opportunity Act of 1972, Oregon State Laws, and Presidential Executive Order 11375. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance coverage and limits as described in the Attachment C Insurance Requirements Summary Form. • The contractor will be responsible for defending, indemnifying, and holding harmless the County, its agents, officers, elected officials, and employees from any claims, demands, and judgments arising out of or in connection with the contract.
