Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a greenhouse space on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The leased premises must have at least 3,000 square feet of greenhouse space, 2,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 2,000 square feet of outdoor growing space. The lease term is for 4 years and 11 months, with the option to extend for up to 4 additional years. The lease requires the lessor to provide utilities, including water and electricity, and to maintain the premises. The government is looking for a full-service lease, including all utilities and janitorial services.
